Terms of use
These terms cover your use of fomoprep.app. By connecting a wallet or using the terminal you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use fomoprep.
What fomoprep is
fomoprep is a free, independent interface. It checks public fomo theses and on-chain balances to decide whether a wallet has a Prep Pass, and it offers a trading screen that sends orders you sign to Lighter on Robinhood Chain. fomoprep is not an exchange, broker, custodian or adviser, and it is not affiliated with Robinhood, fomo, FomoScan, pons or Lighter.
Who can use it
- You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement where you live.
- You must not be located in, or a resident of, a region where Lighter restricts perpetuals, or be subject to sanctions.
- You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you, including tax.
Fair use of the pass
- One fomo account links to one trading wallet. Do not create or buy accounts to collect extra passes.
- Theses must be your own words. Copied, generated filler or spam theses are flagged and do not count.
- Do not try to get around region checks, rate limits, the anti-farm rules or the admin review.
- fomoprep may pause, reject or revoke a pass, deny a wallet or reset a link to protect the project from farming.
Your responsibilities
- Keep your wallet, device and browser secure. Anyone who can use your browser profile may be able to use your trading key.
- Check every order before you confirm it. Orders sent to Lighter cannot be undone by fomoprep.
- Read the risk disclosure.
Data we keep
- Your wallet address, the fomo handle you link, public theses and on-chain balances used to check your pass.
- A session cookie that keeps you signed in. It is HttpOnly and expires after seven days.
- A keyed hash of your network range, used only to spot farming clusters. Raw IP addresses are not stored with your account.
- Your trading key never reaches our servers. Armed templates and your risk confirmation stay in your browser.
No warranty
fomoprep is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. It may be unavailable, show stale data or contain bugs. To the extent the law allows, the people behind fomoprep are not liable for trading losses, missed trades, liquidations or losses caused by third-party services.
Changes
These terms and the pass rules can change. The date at the bottom of this window shows the latest version. Continuing to use fomoprep after a change means you accept it.
